Your day is reserved specifically for you and our promise to you is that we will not book anyone else on that day. Therefore, we ask that clients pay a 50% deposit before your trip to guarantee your date. Please note: all deposits are non-refundable as they reserve your day just for you. ADK Mountain Sports is not responsible for any unforeseen or unexpected circumstances to the client before, or on the day of the event which may result in the inability to keep your reservation. Any and all remaining balances are due day of the event, no personal checks or credit/debit cards will be accepted on site, cash only. If you are contacted by your guide regarding a trip cancellation due to unsafe weather/trail/lake conditions, you be able to reschedule your trip at no additional cost for up to 1 year from date of originally scheduled adventure. Lastly, before beginning any adventure, we ask that you read, agree, and sign our waiver stating that you acknowledge there is risk involved in any outdoor activity.
